Problems with Woocommerce 8.1.1

1. I have a product with variants and there appeared a problem while I tried to change a price of it. After changing the price and clicking the ?Update” button to save changes all variants disappeared. The situation repeated a few times also in the case of other products.

I wasn’t able to find any recent reports about this. Could you please share screenshots/ instructions so we can try to replicate the issue from our end?

Thank you for the video which explains exactly what is occurring. We’ve had no similar reports, however, I would like to ask if the attributes remain present after the update.

Please go through each step as before – but at the beginning, could we check to see if the attribute is present, and at the end, could we check this again please?

It looks to me as if the attribute itself is missing after the update.

Are you able to confirm if the issue persists when you deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and switch the theme to a default theme like 2022?

I can’t do this because it can broke my site. I can add that this problem didn’t exist while I have Woocommerce in version earlier than 8. Plugins and theme were the same.

I understand you cannot deactivate plugins and change the theme on the live site. We suggest creating a staging site of your live site to do the conflict testing. You can ask your host to create a staging site for you or use a plugin like WP Staging to create one.
