Problems with W3 Total Cache?

Hi,
I’m having problems with this plugin when W3 Total Cache is installed.
IE: if I’m using a tablet, sometimes it shows me the correct theme and sometimes it shows me the desktop theme.
Is there any way to fix it? It works perfect in sites without W3 Total Cache.
