Problems with viewing emails in Outlook

    Hi
    I have a problem viewing emails sent out by Newsletter Plugin
    I receive Newsletters from 2 different sites (I am/was involved with both sites and installed all the plugins) and everything worked fine but in March/April something happened I was no longer able to see the emails when I tried to read them in Outlook (part of MS Office 19) but they work fine when reading them online like outlook.live.com. I also don’t have a problem reading them on my phone (using Spark).
    I do believe I have found the problem but I have no idea on how to fix it.
    When I view the emails online I notice that there is a piece of code above the header that looks like this: <!– 96
    When I view older emails prior from 3/3/22 and earlier that piece of code is not there and I have no problems viewing it in Outlook.

    Both sites use “WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer”

    Yes, we do use wpforms on one of the sites not sure about the other since I’m no longer an admin

    we have an extra plugin to make WP HTML Mail work with WP Forms, which you can find here.

    Need to double check the second site, that has the same problem, first

    Hi, that plugin adds HTML to our emails which are already a full HTML page. You should ask the plugin authors to verify if the outgoing message is an HTML message and do not add their template.
