After updating to version 1.0.6, your placeholder background image (pink flowers against the sky) is showing up as the background instead of the allover color I’ve already specified.

The username field does not show the name that’s entered. Rather, it displays hashed characters the same way the password field does. The hashed characters appear in red.

Both the username and password fields are displaying white type on a white background.

I am reverting back to version 1.0.5.

BBPress 2.5.12, WP 4.7.1, LoginPress 1.0.6 running locally under MAMP 1.9.6 with PHP version 5.3.5. I’m using a child theme based on GeneratePress 1.2.41 with version 1.2.92 of the GeneratePress Premium plug-in.

The background color was preserved in the settings when I applied the LoginPress 1.0.7 update. All I needed to do to restore my solid-color background was to deactivate the background image.

    Thanks for the quick fix!
