Problems with VAT/TAX

    Im a frequent user of Woocommerce. however for a new project I’m running into a problem with VAT settings. I have set up the VAT as:

    – add prices without tax
    – Tax base on customer billing address
    – Shipping tax standard
    – Round races subtotal level checked
    – display Excluding Tax
    – cart & checkout, excluding tax*
    – Dispay tax as single total.

    Furthermore:
    Tax rate for Netherland (local) – 21% is set up as standard rate.

    If I put products in the the cart and look at the checout page, Tax is 0,00.
    whatever change I make, this does not change.
    * When I change this setting – cart & checkout including tax, the Tax line totally disappears.

    Has anyone experienced the same issue or does anybody know if the setting are wrong? I have made other sites with the same parameters, but these word fine.

    Would you mind showing us some screenshots of these settings? It sounds like the product is not matching, but based on what you have described I am not sure why that would be.
