    In all likelihood, it’s simply because it’s a forum :/ Forums often use sessions or cookies to ensure everyone gets the latest comments etc, and in doing so, it tells Varnish that everyone needs a fresh load, which means .. no cache.

    Did you use the Varnish check tool in the plugin to see what, specifically, the issue was? It may be customizable.

    Hi Mika @ipstenu,
    I really like the forum plugin and would definitely help my website. Upon activating the plugin, the Varnish cache gives me errors like header cache-cache control is beings unset or something like that. I am sorry I couldn’t exactly remember the error. But there were 2 similar errors.

    WPforo has its own caching. I disabled them but the same error occurs.

    Well then the issue is the forum plugin is telling php not to cache. Like I said, forums don’t play nice with Varnish. This isn’t about my plugin, it’s about the basic way that Varnish as a service functions.

    The forum plugin either has to not set no-cache or you have to accept that it will make caching less useful while you use the plugin. It’s sucky I know ??

    @sarangsss29,
    Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page and set “No” the “Enable wpForo SEO for Meta Titles” option.

    If it doesn’t help, on the same admin page set “No” the “Enable Output Buffer” option.

    Also please find the original error message.
