Problems with user rights

    We use the plugin on two sites as an administrator and as an autor. On one installation there are problems with user rights. I cannot filter tickets from other users and reverse (The other user does not appear in dropdown). Even I’ve no access to this tickets. All tickets created from other user are disabled.

    The same doing works very well on another project. Can you help? Thanks.
