Problems with uploading wordpress

Estou com um certo problema que eu subi diversos arquivos para o site, porém algumas pastas n?o subiram pq elas est?o bloqueadas e de forma alguma eu consigo liberará-las, eu tenho que liberará-las mesmo para subir ou há outra forma ?
(as pastas est?o de wp-content > puglins) est?o com uma bola vermelha e um tra?o branco no meio
