Problems with uploading photos

  • Hi, I have searched around on this forum but I can’t find anyone that has the same problem. If so, I aplogize for creating a new thread.

    The process of uploading photos goes fine. I can choose a picture, it crunches, it creates a url. But then i don’t see any pictures where the preview image should load. When I insert the picture, a white image holder with a symbol of a broken link is showing up where the picture should be.

    I use wordpress 2.7, FF on mac. I have tried to upload pictures using several computers, I also tried to deactivate all my plugins without any help.

    Now, I don’t know what to do, I really hope someone can help me so I can start posting again..

    You can see how it looks like in the latest blog entry.

    I can’t find any trace of these images. Try FTPing into your site’s wp-content/uploads/2009/04 directory and checking if the image files exist.

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I checked my ftp and the files weren’t there. So there must be an connection error between my wordpress and my server.
    Any suggestion what I could do?

    I figured it out, i went into my settings and saw that my upload-path was not correct. I changed it and now everything works.
