Problems with upload images

  • Until yesterday (19.01.16) I can add / upload picture from post / page.
    I did not install anything new like plugins or things like that.

    When I try to upload a picture (680 KB) now, it just load and load for ever and nothing happens.

    When I go to “Media” and try to upload it works fine.
    But when I make a new post / page and try to add a media / image it would not upload.

    How can I fix that.

  • Hi, bjovaar, & welcome to the WordPress support forum. I apologize for the delayed response. Sometimes, as volunteers, life gets in the way of responding to requests for help as quickly as we’d like.

    Often there are error logs in your web folders or in your control panel. Perhaps you might look to see if you notice any errors around 19.01.16 that might shed some light on the cause of the problem. If you see errors but have difficulty knowing how to interpret them, please paste them here enclosed in like so:

log entry 3

    It might also prove helpful if you could provide us an url to your site.
