Problems With Upgrading To Easyazon Pro

Hi good people:
I am unable to upgrade my Easyazon plugin from Version 4.0.12 to the pro version. Each time I attempt the upgrade, I get this message: “504 Gateway Time out”
What exactly is responsible for this problem, and how can it be fixed.
Secondly I registered to create an easyazon account on BoostWP. But each time I attempt to log in I always get a message telling me that my email is not registered. But when i attempt a registration, I am told that my email has been taken.
What is ressponsible for this problem too.
Please kindly address these two problems.
