Problems with UABB after updating WordPress from version 6.2.1 to 6.2.2

    After the automatic update, the styles of this page broke. I tried installing the previous version of UABB, but it doesn’t work either. The strange thing is that if I’m logged in, everything looks fine, even the same page, if I edit it in Beaver Builder, it looks fine. However, when I view it in an incognito window, it looks bad. Could you please help me?

  • Others that had this issue, if you just clear the cache in BB after updating it should work.

    WP Admin > Settings > Beaver Builder > Tools

    And then click on the Clear Cache button.

    Thanks Jaime for your advice, but it hasn’t worked either. I tried deleting the cache of BB and also of WPEngine and it doesn’t change anything. I also tried going back to the previous version of UABB (1.35.6) and it doesn’t work either.

    This seems to be strange! Though it could be something related to Cache but it could be due to the non loading of CSS and JS.

    But it would be great if you can open a support ticket in our portal so that we can help you directly.
