problems with trash and waiting state for other users in download

    Users of the different categories with different roles and block permissions in different fields have a problem on uploading files through plugin downloads. The uploaded file is not published but is placed in the “waiting state” and they do not have the ability to delete the inserted file. How can I fix it?

    Could you please provide more details about this issue, perhaps send some screenshots? Do you use Media for uploading files or some third-party plugin?
