    Hi,
We have problems with generating Tracking Labels on Stockfleths.as, and the error message we are getting is : “Authentication failed. Please set the mybring API login headers (X-MyBring-API-Uid and X-MyBring-API-Key) to a valid combination.”

We have updated the API key, but we are still getting the same error, seems like the request is sent to “const BOOKING_ENDPOINT = ’https://api.bring.com/booking/api/booking’;”
We are unsure what seems to be the actual problem, could you help us find out ?

    Kind regards
    Adi

    Hey @adinetpow,

Is it possible that you’re not using this plugin? If you’re getting errors with your Bring integration, my first suggestion would be to see what plugins are installed and activated, as you may have this installed, but not active.

Disable all other plugins that may have a Bring account attached, activate Bring Fraktguiden for Woocommerce by Driv Digital and see if the problem persists.

In order to use Booking you have to enable the PRO version which is free to try for 7 days.

@adinetpow Let me know, I’d love to help if I can, but if you’re not using this plugin, my resources are limited

    Hi Andrew,

And thank you for the response, it seems that this is the Bring problem and something wrong with their API-is, so we can just close this case.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards
    Adi
