    Hi!..

We’re starting to use total-cache plug in to improve our blog and we’re having some problems. Sometimes we see the mobile version of the blog on a post that before appears correctly, and the only way to fix it is purge the cache… and after a while .. it repeats the same problem…

Is there some specific configuration of the plugin to avoid this?…

the other problem is with “gallerys”.. in the same way .. after some time doesn’t show the correct and normal effect of gallery… and only shows one photo if you click on it. We don’t know if it’s a malfunction between Jetpack… and Total cache.

Can anyone help us? … thank you so much in advanced.

  • Two very common problems.
Only solution for the mobile version issue is include every possible mobile browser agent in W3TC User Agent Groups (High) exclude settings, and set both groups to ‘Pass-Through’ It’s not an ideal option as mobile browsers get un-cached pages.
And any mobile agent not in list will cause the problem to recur.

JetPack. JetPack developers state the plugin is not fully compatible with W3TC (hidden way down in old bug reports).
    Try:
It’s probably a minify problem (may be something else though) Use minify in manual mode, and DON’T add any jetpack scripts to minify files group.

If it’s only the JetPack gallery feature causing grief, and the above doesn’t solve the problem, I’d disable the JetPack gallery and look for another gallery plugin rather than dumping W3TC.

Thank you Mike for your advices..

Really it’s a big problem in Minify module, so the only safe way to solve it , it’s disable it.

Maybe in the future they fix this kind of problems … in the meantime.. disable minify it’s the solution. ??

    thank you , again …
