I switched to Quest a few days ago, and it seemed like all my prayers were answered. It’s perfectly suited for my needs, a wonderful theme. One thing bothers me, and I am hoping for a quick fix:

The sites (I have various installations) look great on PC, on any browser. Yet if viewed on phone (no matter which one), on some the title, menu, and header image are off/gone.

It’s a complete mystery to me. I don’t have any typography addons, and no custom CSS. All settings are almost exactly identical, and all looks fine on PC, just not on mobile. (I checked with my own Samsung phone as well as switching user agent with Safari.) My version of WordPress as well as the version of Quest are up-to-date.

A site that works as it should for all I can see: https://reviews.philippejarousskycompletelyunofficial.com/

    A site that doesn’t: https://blog.philippejarousskycompletelyunofficial.com/

Please help, I’d hate to let the theme go, but I am clueless.

UPDATE: Now this is important for the developers as well as for the users, so I thought I’d share:

It wasn’t Quest’s fault at all, but Jetpack’s. Most specifically, the plugin produced some js-errors within the modules photon and carousel for what I could see.

So just in case you’re using Jetpack, check double with various user agents to see if it causes you trouble.

Again: Quest is a wonderful theme, I love it. Keep up the good work!
