Problems with thumbnails – Woocommerce

  • Hi,

    With the last update version, the plugin doesn’t works correctly with thumbnails because it seems to be “stop” when you are passing one to the other thumbnails.

    In a point of the carousel, it stop, begin to load the other thumbnail and the work is beggining to acumulate.

    Can you help me please?

    We have been making some test with this issue and found that the problem appears if you try to make a zoom of the thumbnails while the image is loading.

    At the moment we are working to find the way to improve this feature and if we found the solution we will make an update.

    Yeah! it’s exactly, the problem is this:

    We have been making some test with this issue and found that the problem appears if you try to make a zoom of the thumbnails while the image is loading.

    Is very rare because, now variations and thumbnails are loading much more time than before update.

    I hope that you can found the solution because I love this plugin and it’s very good for my woocommerce, actually.

    Hi YITH Team,

    How are you? Can you improve this problem?

    The plugin continues working a little bit slow when you try to make a zoom of the thumbnails while the image is loading.

    Until the update, the image don’t loading much more one second. Now, 3 or 4 seconds loading. It’s much for a e-commerce.
