Problems with theme (Visual Composer)

I downloaded a theme from envato elements (PlantMore) installed it and now I want to edit a page with wpbakery site builder. But when I edit a page the page builder isn’t shown at the top (how I’m used to it) it is shown at the bottom and at the top there is the “code” from wpbakery page builder shown (see screenshots). And the wpbakery section is empty as if there is no content on the page, and even if I add something and save it, the change doesn’t show on the site and when I reload the wpbakery plugin is empty again. I also uploaded a list of all the plugins that the theme installed so maybe there is a compability problem. I’m really frustrated right now :/
