Problems with Theme Freesia Plus

  • Hi,
    two issues:
    1. I can’t access themefreesia.com support forum anymore. It just hangs there.
    2. All of the images which I upload through the theme plug-in, example, site logo and slider images, are not saving. When I return to the specific place to upload them, they are not there. Even when it is visible within the plug-in, e.g., site-icon, it is not appearing on the site itself.
    Your help is desperately needed.
