Problems with The7/WP Bakery Page Builder

    Hi,

    I try to use your plugin with the theme The7 which uses WP Bakery Pagebuilder but it does not work. I talked to the support of The7 and they answered that your plugin places own code outside columns and therefore does not work. Here is a screenshot:

    Do you have a solution for that?

    no idea what is happening there, but alternatively try adding the video through a LYTE widget (most pagebuilders allow wordpress widgets to be added anywhere) or try using the [lyte="youtubeid"] shortcode?

    Hi, I now tried to embed the video with this shortcodes but both don’t work

    [lyte id=“FYE_2PLLS4U“]
    [lyte=“FYE_2PLLS4U“]

    The original youtube link is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYE_2PLLS4U.

    Whats wrong? Or what could I do alternatively? Unfortunately I don’t have the lyte widget available in Bakery Pagebuilder.

    Guess you’d better ask the Bakery support team if/ how they support wordpress native widgets or shortcodes in that case Sophie?
