Problems with the thank you page

Hi, in the thanks for your order page it should appear the data of the client, the data of the order, etc. and few things I wrote in the thank you template page in the fpt. But instead, now you just can read “order received”. The weird thing is that if you see the template in the fpt everything is correct. Why is this happening? Also, and I don’t know if this is related… my clients are not getting the order confirmation email from mailchimp, I already contacted its support, but do you think the problem can be related?
