Problems with the payment process

Hello, I have a problem with the payment issue, I wanted to test a payment with a test coupon, I have realized that the user when he has bought that product with the coupon, I have to approve that purchase and assigning it as complete, how can I to make it automatic without me having to complete the purchase? I suppose that if this is the case for the coupons, it will also be there when they pay, if so, I would be interested to know how to configure it so that it is automatic without me completing each purchase.

If I understand it correctly, you would like to make the order status completed automatically after payment from customers instead of having to change it manually from processing to completed.
Orders status processing means: Payment received (paid) and the stock has been reduced; order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require processing, except those that only contain products which are both Virtual and Downloadable.
If you are selling digital products that don’t require fulfillment, you can set the product as virtual and downloadable, which will set the order status as completed automatically after payment.
