    Hello,

    I am using the two plugins “Sequential Order Number for WooCommerce” and “PayPal Plus for WooCommerce“.

    If the checkout is done via PayPal Express or another payment method, the order number is correctly displayed in the mails to the customer and the store, but if PayPal PLUS is used as payment method in the normal checkout, a “different” order number appears, at least not the one generated by the above mentioned plugin.

    This ticket was posted in both support forums, as I am not sure which plugin is now causally responsible for this.

    If necessary, I ask both developers to contact each other here.

    Hi @zappob,

    We have tested the PayPal Plus for WooCommerce and in both Express Checkout and PayPal Plus, the order number is coming in sequence as per the Sequential Order Number plugin for Woocommerce plugin settings. It has the right order number in the email as well.

    Kindly ensure that you are using the latest version of both plugins.

    Hi,

    we are using the latest versions of both plugins, but still the mentioned error occurs: instead of the Sequential Order Number the internal/original order number of WooCommerce is displayed in the mails.
