problems with the Marketing button

  • I’m facing problems with the Marketing button too when used from the create landing page section. It shows an empty popup (white background without any contents) and sometimes it shows the popup with unclickable links, so you can’t permorm any actions.

    I solved it using the shortcode to add the forms, but I don’t know how to add the Call to action, I don’t find the shortcodes for it

    this is a known bug. Refresh the page to get buttons back.

    If buttons aren’t clickable, you have a JS error.

    Sounds like you have a javascript error caused by another plugin or by your theme.

    To check for javascript errors go to the screen you are having the issue with and follow this these steps https://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/debugging-javascript-errors/ and this video:

    Report back what you see.

    Thanks… the unclikable buttons are in the marketing popup, the cursor change to the hand, but when I click nothing happens.

    I install the pluging in a clean wordpress (no plugings and default theme) and I have the same problem

    I see is a bug and solve it looking for the code in other place.

    I update my version but have the same problem.
