Hello your plugin is great as I said on another opportunity, unfortunately the last update blocked the wysiwyg editor. Unable to edit in the backend inside a new post.

Do you mind sharing more details like an error log or something?
Also, more details like wordpress version and other plugins will become handy.

As far as our testing goes, v2 has been running smoothly on different setups where we have tested the plugin, so this probably a very specific issue.

    Thanks.

When the plugin is activated simply the editor disappears and becomes only standard. As in the attached image: image.

Can you please right click and select “inspect element” in your browser, and share any javascript errors present. I have the feeling the issue is due to an error in javascript.

    Thanks

This is how your console should be looking:

This was captured with a setup running WP 4.9.4 and WooCommerce over SSL.

This error is just an image not found at all.

I think it’s some script conflict in the new version. Because the gallery button only appears as display in. And clicking the button does not work and the layout is also broken.

Everything points out to be a js/css issue… Do you mind if we do a quick hangout call so you can show me the error, cuz I am not being able to reproduce it.

After a session with @jeferssons, we have found out that the issue was related to cache and not with the plugin itself.

This was not WordPress cache, it was PHP cache, php was loading an older version of one of the files and this was causing issues when loading the plugin.

For anyone running into similar problems, make sure you cache is cleared.

Thanks @jeferssons for your time, thankfully no bugs were reported nor found. Good luck with your site ??

Thank you for the time provided, by the great Alejandro to discover the problem! Luckily, everything settled.
It’s one of the best gallery plugins I’ve ever used in wordpress today!
