Since I did the update to the complianz plugin a week ago, we can’t get rid of it. You can’t accept, reject or delete the cookiebanner. Also, my site’s slider no longer works.
I also have affiliatewidgets that no longer work but I don’t know if that is also because of the plugin? I deactivated the plugin now but that didn’t fix it.

    Hoi @gundiscover,

Could you re-enable the Complianz plugin, so that the issue re-appears, and then visit your site by using the below URL?

    https://www.gundiscover.be/?nowprocket

This will display a version of the site prior to the optimizations by WP Rocket, and I suspect that this version will not experience this issue.

If this is the case, you can narrow it down further to a specific optimization in the WP Rocket plugin; and when you find the culprit, add complianz to the exclusion field of that specific optimization.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello @jarnovos

You’re right. Then I can just click through and accept.

But I don’t quite understand what to do with WProcket now?
Sorry, I don’t know much about PC’s and websites.

    Hi @gundiscover,

There is a specific feature in the WP Rocket plugin that causes this to occur on your website. You will have to find out which feature that is exactly, so that you can either disable that feature or exclude Complianz from it.

I would start with Delay JavaScript Execution in WP Rocket. Could you disable that, clear the cache in WP Rocket, and check if the issue persists?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
