Problems with the booking form

    Hello!

    I have a couple o issues with the #_BOOKINGFORM.

    First, when you go to the desktop version, you just can only see a part of the form, it doesn’t load completely. However, when you go the mobile version, you can see all the boxes like “name”,”telephone”…
    What can I do to fix this problem?

    Secondly, I can not find the options to modify the form. For example, I would like to add some different boxes and delete other ones.

    Happy 2018 ??

    The loading problem could be a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Although the Pro version comes with a forms editor allowing you to edit the forms within WordPress admin, in the free version you’d need to manually edit the templates. Which form do you want to change?

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    I have just found out why the loading problem was caused by. It was because I was always checking the page with the booking form while I was logged on my site. When I am not logged I realized it shows up fine.
