Problems with the background in the footer

Hello,
I’m having a problem with the Neve template (PRO version). I can set any color and the footer will be recolored. When I want to set a transparent footer, it cannot be set, it remains white. I can see a transparent background in the page preview, but after publishing and refreshing the page, the footer is white and the color is set to white in the settings. The header works fine in this one. Where could the problem be? I tried clearing the cache and no luck.
