problems With the 2 step verification code

  • I′m having problems with this step and I cannot have access to my wordpress account. I′ve changed my phone number, and I forgot to change the number in wordpress. Right now when I′m trying to enter into my account the second step is sending a sms code verification to my old phone (which I have no access). What should I do?

  • Hi have you thought of deactivating the plugin and reinstalling it again?

    Maybe try removing it from HOSTING account full delete the plugin.

    It looks like there was a conflict with WP 4.5, but a new version of GA came out today that fixes that. That might solve you problem if you were logging in with an e-mail address instead of a username.
