Problems with Template / Magic Tags / Taxonomy after update to 2.62

    Since upgrading to 4.4.2 I am experiencing the following problem:

    When creating a template for a Custom Post Type, it no longer will pull up data for a related Custom Taxonomy.

    In other words, if I had a Post Type called “animals” and a Taxonomy called “animalclass” with categories such as mammal, bird, reptile, fish–

    In the past I could have a magic tag such as ‘{@animalclass}’ that would pull up a taxonomy related to the post.

    However, this broke with the upgrade. The tag is simply ignored.

    I also notice that related taxonomies are not being auto-filled when entering template information and don’t show up on the list of templating tag options for that post type.
