Problems with tax of imported products

    Hi, there’s are two problems in my new site.

    It’s a new builded site with revo theme and dummy imported sites and products. I’ve an own server only for this shop because in some weeks we will have a bookshop with nearly 150.000 books.

    By replacing dummy content with own products via csv-files I got two problems:

    1. I’m using two tax rates in woocoomerce, standard with 19 % for normal products and 7 % (Steuersatz erm??igt) for books. All content in my csv-file are about books, so it is 7%-tax rate. WP Allimport and all addons are installed, f.e. WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On Pro 3.0.8. But Woommerce Addon Pro shows only standard tax rate. Later, after import, by working the shop article I’ve the choice between both tax rates. You can imagine it’s no so funny to change tax rate manually with 20.000 books. ??

    2. I got this system message:

    New status: It is no longer possible to upload files. Upload will be stopped after 1% of imported datas.
    Hope to get as soon as possible an answer – here’s a lot of work to do …:-)

    Two days … no answer, no support and we cannot continue with our work. Paid 250 EURO for Allimport Pro …

    I did so two days before I started this Topic. In my eyes it’s unfriendly not to give a chance to plugin developper. But I don’t get any answer.

    Please realize that we got this problem with tax and, what’s more, importing new files on all our websites and shops.

    Our sites are located on two different server and on a Cloud server, running with php 7.2. or 7.3.8, mysql 5.5 or 5.7, fresh wp-installation with dummy Content or old and running site with lots of posts and 15.000 shop articles, 8 sites and shops with five different themes or tested with standard theme. Woocommerce 3.6 or 3.7. and WP 5.2.2.

    It’s ever the same.

    1. wpai woocommerce pro shows only one tax rate (Standard tax) if we want to make a new Import. It’s not possible to enable reduced tax rate on sites with woocommerce 3.7.
    2. We can do one or two imports and then the sites got technical problems like I wrote.

    Yesterday, I send login datas for two of our sites via form.
