Problems with Stories on backend and frontend

    Hi,

    I recently noticed that my Stories are not loading correctly in the Stories plugin as well as on my Web Stories webpage. When I try to edit stories in the plugin, the story shows up as huge and nothing loads on the right sidebar. On the frontend of my website, the web stories are shown over top of the text titles. This is happening in Google Chrome as well as Safari. Any idea what could be causing this?

  • Hello @brokenovenbaking and thanks for opening a support topic. Sorry to hear you are having these issues.

    I can see that you are using WP Rocket on your site. We have had recent conflicts with this plugin so would you be able to temporarily disable the WP Rocket plugin on your site and then check your stories once more to see if this fixes the problem?

    If it does not fix the issue then please could you provide your Site Health information or You can share privately if you prefer via this form.
