problems with spammers

    Haven’t been able to register at the official website to inform the creator of the problem. Never received my credentials.
    Can’t limit the number of massages a user can creator at a time (or 24 hours).
    When a spammer creates 3000 messages, you will have to delete every one by one. Can’t delete them all in bulk.
    When you delete a spam user, you choose “delete all messages” and it’s not working for the forum, you will have to spend hours on deleting every message yourself.
    Approval required for new themes from – not working.
    The Forum is wonderful, however, not when it comes to spam protection and dealing with results of spammers.

  • Yes, it does seem to be a problem.

    It is possible to delete all posts of an author in bulk in the database, using phpMyAdmin or whatever it’s called. It is not for the faint of heart, and you can really bork your site. You should try it first in a staging environment to make sure it does what you think.
