The blog on my Themeforest Village theme has a problem when viewed on Safari. Text in posts are only using half the content width, although images are using the full width and appear as they should.

When using Chrome or Firefox the text and images use the full content width and appear exactly as they should.

I have the latest version of WordPress and I’m running the latest Mac OS with the latest version of Safari on my MacBook. A slightly older version of Mac OS and Safari are on my Mac Mini. The problem exists on both.

It’s got me stumped as to what the problem is. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sorry. It was meant as a more general question rather than being theme specific.

Anyway, I’ve resolved the problem which might be of interest to anyone else who has a similar issue.

    It was a simple solution.

I cleared the cache and cookies from Safari and the blog page is back to looking how it should look.
