Moram priznati da sam se izgubio kad sam odradio inspect element… Samo jedno pitanje, zasto ti je ceo sajt u frame-u?

You just added it to the wrong place. it should look like this

	background: url("images/bg-site.jpg") repeat-x;
	min-width: 1000px;
	margin-top:-18px
}
