• Hi,

For the past month Ive been getting a ton of server errors in google search console. I spoke to my Host and they said they are all caused by your plugin.

    Heres what my host said:

Thank you for your support request.
Screenshot shows that errors are due to the plugin phastpress
We would suggest you to ensure that is has the latest version or reinstall it.

I got the following error while accessing the file https://www.jayshomegym.com/wp-content/plugins/phastpress/bootstrap.php

[05-Oct-2020 10:12:21 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/jayshom9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/phastpress/bootstrap.php:5
    Stack trace:
    #0 {main}
thrown in /home/jayshom9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/phastpress/bootstrap.php on line 5
This looks like an issue with that plugin. You can contact the plugin vendor to get more details about it.

    Hi @jake79,

Accessing bootstrap.php will indeed generate those errors. The file is not intended to be accessed directly, but if Google ends up doing so anyway, that would cause errors to be logged.

I’ve just released PhastPress 1.80 which prevents directly accessing bootstrap.php and other PHP files from triggering errors.

Please upgrade to this latest version. If you experience errors afterwards, let me know.

    Hi Albert

Yeah I waited for Google search console to validate the errors after updating your plugin, but the issues still remail all 78 of them ??

    Hi @jake79,

Okay, but the URL you gave me originally (bootstrap.php) no longer returns an error, so that is fixed.

Can you check in Google Search Console which URLs exactly are returning this error, and share them with me here?
