problems with robots.txt and google

  • Hey!

    I had a problem with google listing my wp-admin login page so I read some posts here where you could add a robots.txt with the following text in the root of your site.

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/

    I did this and now when I google for my site the wp-login is the number one hit when searching for it using google AND the main page is gone!!! What have I done wrong?

    I have also the All in one Seo installed. Could I have configured that one wrong to get this?

    WHen I said that the main page is gone, I mean from google. It’s not listed there anymore. Before it was listed as number one.

    Please help!
