PROBLEMS WITH RESTORE BACKUP

    Hi, I am having an error when I tried to restore the updraf backup, I have tried with 3 differents backups and i get the same error, please can help me??

    Restore Failed.

    Move

    /var/www/vhosts/sizeswebs.com/httpdocs/sizes_site1/wp-content/maintenance -> /var/www/vhosts/sizeswebs.com/httpdocs/sizes_site1/wp-content/maintenance-old: Failed. Destination Directory UID=10008, GID=1003. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 10008/10008. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1003/1003.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.
