My users tried to register on my website rafflesprovident.com.sg. However, after filling in their details into the registration form and clicking submit, the registration form will just refresh. Even though their account have been registered, the registration page fails to indicate that their account have been created.

Sorry. I am unable to provide a screenshot for the page. But I can provide the details of it below:
    User page : User
    Login page : Login
    Register page : Register
    Members page : Homepage
    Logout page : Logout
    Account page : Account
Password Reset page : Password Reset

I have the same problem, but it only occurs when I have the Chargebee plugin enabled. You might try disabling all your other modules and seeing if it works with just native wordpress.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to debug this? I am not seeing any errors in the log and the user appears to be created correctly, it just does not automatically login when I have the chargebee module enabled.

    Hi,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
