    I have a problem. I made copies withy Duplicator Pro and it work’s fine, but datacenter have a lot of problems, then i like to change provider and when i like to recovery duplicator files i can’t.

    And the problem is that old provider doesn’t exist. I only have duplicator backups files for recovery this web.

    I have this error and i don’t know how i can resolve it.

    Hi @nomopo, thanks for getting in touch.

    If you’re being blocked from your own site immediately, it could potentially be related to IP detection. It sounds like you’re restoring a backup, but I acknowledge this could also be a migration from one provider to another – so let me know if it is.

    Renaming your /wp-content/plugins/wordfence plugin folder to “wordfence_bak” should let you access and log into your site normally. You can then rename the folder back to “wordfence”, take note of your IP – (note that this detection can sometimes not be 100% accurate on cellular phone network connections): https://www.whatsmyip.org

    Head over to Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs and reference the area under that section that says Detected IPs and Your IP with this setting. Start from the top and check to see if any of the settings show that both of those show the same IP as the site above does.
