    Hello,
I have a problem with the Really Simple SSL plugin.
Since my certificate is invalid, I have been looking for a quick solution and have installed the plugin, but now I can no longer access the site and the WordPress user interface. Only a window opens: “The requested domain is not available with SSL-encryption(HTTPS).” How can I undo this or access the WordPress user interface again? I’m still quite a wordpress beginner… ??

    Hi @bethausradio,

If the website doesn’t have an SSL certificate installed, you can currently only visit the website over HTTP. If you see an “insecure” warning in your browser when visiting it, look for an option that allows you to “Proceed regardless”, as that should allow you to continue opening the website over HTTP.

After installing a valid SSL certificate (obtain one from your Hosting Provider, or generate one with the plugin), click “Activate SSL” in the Really Simple SSL to force the website over SSL/HTTPS.

    Kind regards, Jarno
