• Hello,

I’m testing your solution on WordPress with LearnDash/Uncanny and the result of the iSpring quiz doesn’t return the name of the user.

We can’t know who do the quiz, have you got a solution for this problem ?

Some informations from iSpring : “The “User” name is taken from the %USR_NAME% value, which is taken from the LMS itself.

If this is not the value used for users’ names, you can find out which one is used in your LMS and modify the message you get to include this custom value form your LMS.

Because it’s not working and now we can not choose your solution.

    Thank’s.

Hi, I’m afraid I’m not quite sure how this is related to our Toolkit. Can you confirm which module of the Toolkit you mean?

I don’t think this is Toolkit related, and in general I think you’ll find it difficult to do this (look up username inside an iSpring module) with WordPress and LearnDash regardless.

    Hello,

I have the Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit (Version 2.4.2) on WordPress (Version 4.9.7 | Unyson 2.7.18) with LearnDash (Version 2.5.7).

Sorry, I’m not sure why you’re sending those details. Can you confirm what module (not plugin version) of the Toolkit you mean here? As in Front End Login, Resume button, Hide Admin Bar, etc. I’m still not sure why this was added to the support forum for the Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit; it doesn’t sound like a Toolkit issue.

Ok, sorry, there is the list of the modules we activated :
    – Days Until Course Expiry
    – Enhanced Course Grid
    – Front End Login
    – Hide Admin Bar
    – Import LearnDash Users
    – LearnDash Certificate Widget
    – LearnDash Course Dashboard
    – Menu Item Visibility
    – Send Course Certificates by Email
    – Send Quiz Certificates by Email
    – Show LearnDash Certificates
    – Show Or Hide Content
    – Simple Course Timer
    – User Switching

If it’s help you, thank’s by advance.

Sorry, I mean, why do you think this is a Toolkit issue, and if it is, what module did you think was causing it? Out Toolkit has no support for iSpring at all, so can you confirm why you’re logging this in the Toolkit support forum?

    Yes I confirm.

Sorry, I think there might be a language issue that’s creating confusion. I’m still not sure why you think this is related to the Toolkit when the Toolkit plugin has no support at all for iSpring modules. This plugin cannot capture iSpring data.
