Problems with quiz

  • After creating a quiz and assigning it to a course, I have two problems:
    1- It is not possible to view the quiz in the admin panel and the text “edit item” will be displayed.
    2- User after starting quiz, only can see the first two questions and the rest of the questions are not seen.

    What is the problem?
