Problems with quantity selector

    Something very strange is happening to me in an ecommerce that I just finished.

    When the product is simple, it does not allow adding quantities of the product, I mean, the selector does not work.

    When the product is variable, works perfectly. It also works on the cart page.

    Also, if I change the product to variable and I charge it some variation, I save it and then I return it to simple, the selector starts working.
