Problems with qtranslate

  • Hello,

    Today I installed qtranslate and realize that it do not work with new version of WP and that a lot of people have problems with it… It seems like it will not be any better in the future…

    There is some other solution as mqtranslate which has quicker updates but author also do not guarantee that it will work so good in the future…

    So, I am afraid that I will make a mistake by installing those plugins… Is there any smartet solution as qtranslate is loosing itself…

    Personally I like Polylang, and wrote about it here. You’ll need the code in that post to make it work.

    But others don’t like Polylang’s approach and the code may not work for you (let me know if it doesn’t). Tip: You need to identify the language of each page and link each page to the equivalent page in the other language before the featured pages blocks will work.

    Let us know how you get on if you use Polylang.

    Then there’s WPML, which is paid/supported. It uses the same approach as Polylang. But nobody’s made it work with Customizr yet, to my knowledge.
