problems with plugins in my server

  • i have this problem, im a beginner in this… please help me…

    i can′t admin the plugins, the response is:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/giaacom/public_html/blog/wp-admin/plugins.php on line 14

    whats this?

    the rest of files run ok…
