Problems with plugin Screening Questions For WP Job Manager

Hi Support. We are having problems with the plugin “Screening Questions For WP Job Manager”. The problem is when we activated the plugin, in the Job Editing page, We can write new Questions, but in the Job Page (for users) when the person complete the form, the Questions don’t appears.
