    Hi,
until now everything worked just fine but there is one essential problem: The plugin hides an obligatory checkbox (agree to send the SEPA direct mandate) which is inserted by the Plugin German Market into the checkout process, so the order can’t be placed when SEPA is selected as a payment method.
Is there any workaround for that?
    Help would be much appreciated!

    Hello,

do you have a link so I can have a look?

Is there an option within the German Market plugin that adds the “agree to send the SEPA direct mandate” checkbox? I don’t see the checkbox in my test website. I see only the “accept terms and conditions” and “agree to send personal data” checkboxes on the checkout page.

    Hello,

the site is still “under construction” so there is no link with public access.

Yes, there is an option unter “payment methods” -> “SEPA direct debit” (Lastschrift), that adds the checkbox.

On my test website the “I agree to the sepa direct debit mandate.” checkbox works alright with the multi-step checkout plugin.

Note that the checkbox is by default hidden (regardless if the multi-step checkout plugin is activated or not) and gets shown only if the all the following 7 fields have a value entered: “Account Holder”, “IBAN”, “BIC/SWIFT”, “Billing: Street Address”, “Billing: Postcode / ZIP”, “Billing: Town / City” and “Billing: Country”.

If there is a missing entry in any of these fields, then the “I agree to the sepa direct debig mandate.” checkbox is hidden. This behavior is independent of the multi-step checkout plugin.

Oookay, know I see it, sorry and thanks a lot! I was kind of confused because something similar happened with other checkboxes.

You’re welcome. I’m glad that helped.
