• Hi,

I added url to a post, but the issue effects all posts. The issue I am having is I have settings for ratings set to where it insert stars automatically into posts. But since the update, stars appear under my subscribe form, which it has not done before.

    Under Subscribe Form Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/img63c

I checked plugin settings, and everything is the same as before. I went to post back-end and disabled auto insert and put in shortcode at bottom of post. This is where auto insert put the stars before, which is how I like it.

    Correct Placement Of Stars: https://prnt.sc/img8kq

To test further, I voted 5 on the stars. After the vote seems to register, it then disappears.

    Stars Disappeared Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/img9rp

I do not know what is wrong. I’d like to have working stars as before, when they would insert automatically above my subscribe form. For now, In this particular post, I will recheck the bar to where stars insert automatically. Currently as mentioned, the stars are underneath my subscribe form which also disappears here after voting. Please help!

Hello, I checked your page with broweser console and seems like you’ve a lot of javascript errors: https://imgur.com/39atdO3

Can you please try to deactive your plugin 1 by 1?

Furhter this I notice that you’re using a caching plugin: please note that the only caching plugins support by are:

    Wp super Cache
    Wp Rocket
    Litespeed

    Best,

I have deactivated all plugins, and still star ratings would not work properly. I am also using Wp Rocket for caching method. The star ratings were working properly for a year or more on my site. But all of a sudden it stopped working properly a few days ago.
