Problems with plugin

Hi mate

1. Thumbnails are not fixed dimensions.

2. the “read more” should be fixed at the end of the amount of exerpt for the best look. Not where the text ends.

3. My slider arrows are showing up above the slider, on my video above and not on the slider. How come?
